For hand-cleaned windows, we fill our squirt bottles with  our proprietary mix of distilled water and soap.

 

Using squirt bottles allows us to apply just the right amount of moisture to the windows. The squeegees work better while waste and runoff are minimized. Talk about a win-win.

 

When our water-fed poles are required, we're still water-wise! We attach to your water spigot and run it through a spotless water filter. The process gets great results and uses no more than two gallons per minute.

 

Our pressure washer uses 4 gallons per minute, attached to your home water supply. On average, a one-story home will take up to 20 minutes for basic rinsing and washing of surface dirt, debris, and bird droppings.

In addition to briging the sparkle to your windows, we also clean mirrors, mirrored closets, glass shower dorrs/enclosures, and solar panels (depending on accessibility)

We have a $1 million General Liability insurance coverage policy and are licensed to operate in San Diego, San Diego County, Escondido, and Poway

The other guys might charge for two windows but we do not. For the typical four-panel slider, BTP only charges you for ONE window. Wondering how our competitors can sleep at night keeps us up at night.

IS HARDWATER STAIN REMOVAL AND WINDOW SCRAPING INCLUDED?

Removal of hard-water stains is not included and will incur an additional cost per pane/surface/item cleaned

○ Removal of mold, mildew and other stains requires an additional charge

 

WALKWAY CLEANING
○ High-pressure rinsing of walkways to remove surface dirt and debris
○ No chemicals or toxins applied
○ $0.30 per square foot
○ Deep cleaning to remove mold, mildew and stains requires additional charge

DRIVEWAY CLEANING
○ High-pressure rinsing of driveway to remove surface dirt and debris
○ No chemicals or toxins applied
○ $0.30 per square foot

HOW DOES BRING THE PANE CONSERVE WATER?

WORRY NOT!

If it rains within one week of your cleaning, just contact us and we'll come back to touch up any windows - free of charge.

 

Customers who take advantage of our recurring service packages receive free touch-up (not limited to one week after it rains) to make sure their windows continue to shine year round.
